Goodness… Sorry to say I love drinking Coca-Cola now! Knowing that I have ulcer but don’t know why I started to drink it from time to time. I know Cola is super sweet with lot of sugar but then people love it and I am one of those. Actually , just finished drinking a glass of cola while eating my dinner tonight!

This habbit is not good! LOL… Well, I hope I can manage to cut down this addiction! But in fairness I do not drink the whole bottle at once. It takes days also. So maybe it is okey or not?

I remember one of my uncles way back to Philippines, he cannot eat his meal without a coke on his side. I hope I won’t be like him!!! Scarry!

One of my closest friend from work love to smoke cigars especially when he is stress or when he feel like it. I had remember that he had mention it to me how he love the Padron cigar because it reminds him of his native country of Nicaragua. According to him, it has a different effect on his part and it relaxes him especially when he had so much going on with his life. It is truly amazing how he can say wonderful things about Padron cigars and to tell you honestly, I totally believe in what he says.

Last year for Christmas I was so happy because my husband got me a brand new Ipod nano which really took me for surprise. Although my ipod has worked wonders and still works, I think that it is time to get a new pair of ipod nano headphones since I have being using mine so frequently it is time for a replacement.

I am surfing now more on beauty hygine! I want to discover or to find tips how to maintain good skin. So finally I found a useful one that can be use at home. I mean you can make this tip at home: by using honey and lemon. Here is how :

Mix a tablespoon of honey with a teaspoon of lemon juice for a mask that will help with facial discoloration. Honey and lemon juice work together to fade age spots and freckles and brighten skin tone.

I will gonna try that one tomorrow! Hope for best!
